Your tasks

  • Concept, modeling and realization of the LOVOO Android app
  • Design of innovative features for dating applications and dating services in agile cross-functional teams
  • Implementation of a great UI while taking UX best practices as well as platform-specific design guidelines into account
  • Concept and implement an expandable and future-oriented app architecture
  • Regular training and continuous knowledge exchange through in-house tech talks, in-house training and communities
  • Participation in national and international conferences and hackathons

Our requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience as native Android developer (m/f/d)
  • Great applicable knowledge in Java as well as good knowledge in Kotlin
  • Sure handling of modern Android technologies such as Dagger, RX and common design patterns such as MVVM and MVP
  • Knowledge in key areas of development such as Internet protocols, network communication, app modularization, databases and build automation via CI/CD
  • Practical experience in agile software development (Scrum/Kanban) and ideally also with working in a cross functional team
  • Interest in open source as well as a willingness to learn more and new technologies
  • Independent, targeted and structured way of working as well as a great team player mentality
  • Very good command of English, verbally as well as in writing
